Thermo Scientific’s HyClone AdvanceSTEM Amnioitic Expansion Kit has been developed for the expansion of Human Amniotic Epithelial Stem Cells.

The expansion kit comprises a proprietary Amniotic Epithelial Expansioin Medium (450 mL), to which an aliquot of HyClone AdvanceSTEM Growth Supplement (50 mL) is added at the time of use. Amniotic Epithelial Expansion Medium and Growth Supplement should be used together because when mixed together it forms the complete media. The two components are available separately.
