Product Description

Developed specifically for stem cell applications, the HyClone™ AdvanceSTEM™ line of stem cell culture products keeps cells in an undifferentiated state and ensures directed differentiation.

Benefits

Classic culture conditions for murine embryonic stem cells (mESCs) include culturing in medium containing DMEM. Pluripotent mESC grown in media containing DMEM and have a very distinct morphology; growing as tightly clustered colonies with smooth phase bright borders.

For more information see the application protocol guide for 129 ES Cells. Click Here

When pluripotent B6-ESC's are cultured in IMDM4SC media along with mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs), they are very robust growing as tightly-clustered colonies with smooth phase bright borders.

For more details see the application protocol guide for B6 ES Cells. Click Here

Low Osmo-DMEM has an optimized osmolarity that approximates that of murine embryonic tissue. Formulation developed specifically to support the growth and maintenance of murine ES cells in an undifferentiated state.
