Designed with a silicone gasket that attaches to the upper chamber; gasket can be used as a barrier between each well for differential staining or can be removed and cover slipped. Available in glass or Permanox®.
Lab-Tek® II Chamber Slide
Soda Lime Glass washed to promote cell growth and adherence and designed with a biocompatible adhesive. Special tool removes upper chamber. Blue hydrophobic border isolates individual cells; a cover slip can be applied.
Lab-Tek® CC2™Chamber Slide
Chemically modified glass growth surface with a positive charge that mimics Poly-D-Lysine. Provides binding sites optimal for fastidious cells (e.g. neurons).
Lab-Tek® Chamber Coverglass
Excellent for high power inverted microscopy and confocal image analysis. Coverglass is 1.0 borosilicate, 0.13 – 0.17 mm thick.
Lab-Tek® II Chamber Coverglass
Excellent for high power inverted microscopy and confocal image analysis. Coverglass is 1.5 borosilicate, 0.16 – 0.19 mm thick.
